Litigant in Person

Not every party in an employment case will have legal representation. The choice whether or not to have such representation is entirely one’s prerogative based on many factors ‘personal’ to the party in question. Conference Chambers acknowledges this fact and, alternative to providing representation at the tribunal itself, offers a 2-3 hours course to litigants-in-person (individuals, organisations/companies, claimants and respondents) as part of their preparation for trial. The course includes advice on strategy and advocacy.

If you are interested in booking for a course, please contact Carole or email her with dates of your availability and, if known, dates listed for the tribunal hearing.
